The Challenge
The largest residential project in this set at 1,200 square metres - a private villa in Sharjah built around a reflecting pool.
Design Approach
Deep timber soffits carry over the glazing and hold shade against the facade through the day. The pool sits on the entrance axis, so the approach and the main rooms share one view. Inside, a double-height living room takes the chandelier.
